Meet A Hero: Denise Morris

Home Clean Heroes Vice President of Operations, Denise Morris, is our very own in-house Wonder Woman. As one of the original five Buzz Franchise Brands employees, Denise has spent the past eight years helping build our company, and was here before the Home Clean Heroes brand was even launched! She started out with Mosquito Joe, Buzz Franchise Brands’ flagship brand, and played a large part in the growth and success of that company. She now oversees the operations of Home Clean Heroes and is fully engrained in the brand. She has been a key player in the growth and development of Home Clean Heroes and continues to work hard to help the brand be successful.

Get to Know Denise Better

Denise is a four-time mother and three-time grandmother (with another on the way), so she knows a thing or two about tidying up. She has lived in Virginia Beach for the past 15 years with her family and her dogs. Prior to joining Home Clean Heroes, Denise spent 10 years in office management and 11 years as a paraprofessional within the educational system before she entered the franchising world. 

What Makes Denise Wonder Woman

Denise is a jill-of-all-trades and is hands-on in every aspect of Home Clean Heroes. From sharing with potential franchisees why Home Clean Heroes is a great business opportunity during Meet the Team Days, to training newly signed franchisees on all of the systems and processes, to supporting existing franchisees on a regular basis. Denise also works closely with the marketing and operations departments to ensure that every piece of the cleaning business puzzle is working together in unison to bring both our Home Clean Heroes local operation and each of our franchise locations success.

Before moving into the franchise operations role, Denise oversaw the Virginia Beach local operation, and worked closely with Home Clean Heroes General Manager, Brittany Potter, to refine processes and work with the cleaning technicians to achieve improved gross profit margins.. There’s nothing she can’t do! Most recently, she spearheaded a scheduling platform transition, which was a huge overhaul, and then onboarded our National Call Center partner. She did an incredible job with both projects, and proved that patience is another superpower strength she has!

While wearing her many different hats, Denise always has a smile on her face and brings a positive energy to the office. No matter how much she has going on or if it’s a high-stress situation, Denise has a calming demeanor that puts anyone she’s around more at ease. Her personality perfectly aligns with the Home Clean Heroes brand – bright and cheerful.

Denise also has incredible work ethic. She will work as long and hard as is needed to ensure that the job gets done correctly – even on weekends if necessary. She steps in whenever needed to help out her coworkers, and always without complaint.
