Augusta Spotlight: From Veterans to Franchisees

Home Clean Heroes has had significant growth so far in 2021, and we’re not done yet! One area that’s really been heating up is Augusta, Georgia. Not only is Augusta home of the Master’s Golf Tournament, but is also the residency of one of our newest Home Clean Heroes franchisees. Augusta has almost 67,000 residential homes in need of cleaning, and is the third largest city in Georgia. This is the perfect location for our newest franchise owners in Augusta, who are owning and operating their own business for the first time!

Meet Your Home Clean Heroes of Augusta Owners

The Home Clean Heroes franchise model has proven to be a perfect business fit for people from all different backgrounds – from hospitality to human resources to the military. Our Home Clean Heroes of Augusta owners, Antoinette and Tony White, found that the structure of the military transitions well into business ownership. This power couple proudly served for 22 years in the Army before retiring from the military in 2015 in the Evans, Georgia area. Antoinette and Tony have been married for 22 years, and have three children and three granddaughters.

After finishing their time in the military, both Antoinette and Tony moved into HR roles before deciding to pursue their dreams of business ownership together. Their interest in business ownership led them to Home Clean Heroes, where they were impressed by the professionalism of the brand compared to other cleaning companies out there. They also appreciated how detail-oriented the brand is. Coming from their background in the military, attention to detail, adaptability, and being process-oriented are just several of the strengths that the Whites bring to the franchisee front.

Training to Become a Home Clean Hero

Heading into training, Antoinette and Tony were most excited to learn how to successfully run their business day to day. During both their virtual business training and in-person field training, the White’s appreciated all of the support and mentorship that the Home Clean Heroes corporate team provided, and shared that they admire the team’s loyalty to the brand.

Tony and Antoinette also enjoyed the opportunity to join the local operation cleaning team to perform on-site field training so that they will be able to better train their own team of grime-fighters in Augusta.
