We’re lucky enough to be supported by some extra strong Heroes. Learn more about our extended superhero family, the leadership team that makes up Buzz Franchise Brands!

Joe Delatte, Brand President and COO aka The Flash

Joe has pretty much seen it all. He is former owner and operator of his own home services franchise and has years of experience in product development, marketing, sales, customer service and strategic planning. He is a native of New Orleans but grew up in Illinois and has been a Virginia resident for 30 years. Joe knows first-hand the challenges and the rewards of operating your own franchise, meeting customer expectations, hiring and developing employees and managing to your bottom line. When not time-travelling, Joe can be found on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay fishing, as well as spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

Denise Morris, VP of Franchise Operations aka Wonder Woman

Denise is our in-house Wonder Woman. She is a four-time mother and two-time grandmother, so she knows a thing or two about tidying up. Not to mention, Denise has a history of managing technicians from Mosquito Joe, Pool Scouts as well as Home Clean Heroes in the local Virginia Beach area – and she does it all with a smile. Denise’s background includes ten years in office management and eleven years as a paraprofessional within the educational system before she entered the franchising world. She has lived in Virginia for the past 15 years with her family and dogs.

Kathy Turley, Director of Marketing aka Mrs. Incredible

Kathy spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, where she learned, above all, to be flexible. Whether driving new customer acquisition or keeping her eye on the customer experience as a facilitator for retention, she knows that exceeding customer expectations is key. Kathy graduated with a degree in business from Elon University in NC, but has called the Northern Virginia/Maryland area home for most of her life. When not enjoying the beach or the water, she and her husband can be found on the sidelines of their children’s sporting events or hosting a gathering for family and friends at their immaculately clean home.

Timothy Holadia, Director of Franchise Development aka Superman

Timothy is the perfect (franchising) sidekick. He was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In fact, his mother still lives in the same house they brought him home to from the hospital. Timothy has been in franchise development for more than 16 years and loves the opportunity to help people realize their dreams of being in business for themselves. The former VP of Development at Geeks on Call and most recently, CEO & Founder of Franmogul, has worked with more than 80 brands to grow their franchise networks. The greatest joy of his life is spending time with his son, either playing basketball in the front driveway or watching him participate on sports teams including basketball, soccer, and tennis.

Bridget Cardillo, Director of Digital Marketing aka Captain Marvel

Bridget has spent her entire career in the digital space. Originally from Atlanta, she graduated from The University of Georgia (go dawgs!) with a degree in advertising. Starting out at a franchise company that focused on consumer goods, she was able to work across multiple aspects of marketing including brand development, social media and e-commerce. Bridget then took her passion for digital and project management to an Atlanta-based digital marketing agency, where she oversaw several multi-faceted website, design and digital projects. Bridget’s real calling came in October 2016 when she joined Buzz Franchise Brands, where she is able to grime-fight for our franchisees and stretch her powers across multiple brands. When Bridget is not digging into analytics, supporting our franchisees’ digital growth or developing the digital department, you can find her riding her bike, hitting the beach or enjoying a nice glass of wine.

Tiffany Frazier, SEM Specialist aka Catwoman

Tiffany has called Virginia her home for most of her life. She grew up in Chesapeake, spent her college years in the mountain town of Harrisonburg (go Dukes!), and now resides in Norfolk. While beginning her career in advertising for travel and tourism clients, it wasn’t long until Tiffany realized her superpowers were meant for supporting grime-fighting franchisees. This cat has the sleek digital skills to battle even the messiest of search engine optimization issues that arise. When not fighting digital marketing crime, she enjoys spending her free time traveling to new places or rollerblading at the boardwalk in Virginia Beach.

Cait Sherrick, Graphic Designer aka Black Widow

With more than 10 years of experience in branding and marketing across a variety of industries, Cait provides thoughtful creative direction for our in-house marketing and design projects. She’s lived all over the country, but she’s a New England girl at heart. She’s a well-rounded creative with a degree in Drawing and Graphic Design from Connecticut College and a small business in which she designs and styles jewelry. On the weekends, you can find her at local art markets selling her wares or at the beach enjoying the sunshine.

Chip Hall, Direct Mail Program Manager aka Captain America

Chip, aka, Captain America (he’s lived in 8 states and visited 47 of the 50 states in the USA), brings his passion for service excellence to Buzz Franchise Brands after a career in the music and video distribution business. Chip developed his skills in logistics and operations as vice president of merchandising for a regional retailer in Atlanta, GA and two different distributors in the mid-Atlantic region whose efforts supported the military resale systems. His experience has prepared him to deliver world-class support as the direct mail program manager for the network of franchisees in the Buzz Franchise Brands family. Chip is a father of two sons, a 25 year “native” of Virginia Beach, a weekend golfer and a volunteer in a local mentoring program where he feeds his desire to help others reach their goals.
